Prior to joining NML in October 2022, Alick held the position of Director of Human Resources for Airtel Malawi, from November 2014 to October 2021. His role included driving organisation design and development and change management, managing the Oracle HR management system, HR productivity and performance management alignment with Airtel Africa HQ, managing talent and succession planning, managing HR and other business operational costs, compensations and benefits, driving learning and development for staff assessment, rewards and compensation, HR and AML business strategy, supporting business growth through HR programmes and managing labour relations.
